(Created from the merger of Adjustment Service of North America, Inc. and FAB) was founded in February of 1933, as Knoxville Tennessee's first full service
Collection Company. Since then, RRC has grown to become one of the largest
receivables management firms. Offices are located in Knoxville and
Memphis. The company currently has just under 100 employees and is
privately owned and operated.
On an annual basis, RRC receives more than
$400 million in new
placements while
collecting approximately $60 million for its clients each year. At the current time,
RRC
maintains more than 1,000,000 active accounts with a current balance exceeding
$500
million. RRC also maintains an inactive file of an additional 8 million accounts
with a
current balance of approximately $1.6 billion.
RRC's active data store include accounts in healthcare, retail, banking, commercial,
utilities, and other areas. RRC serves more than 1,500 clients throughout the United
States.
