- Insurance Billing Services are
not normally included as an option in the selection of services provided
by an Accounts Receivables Management company. However, RRC strives to
provide a total service solution for its clients. That is why we provide
a professional Insurance service department that can file insurance for
accounts that are turned over for collection. In most cases, insurance
information is gathered and filed at the time services are rendered.
There are occasions, however, when a patient may not provide all the
necessary information and RRC can step in to assist. RRC's Insurance
Department is staffed with professionals who have experience with
Medicare, TennCare, Champus, and Black Lung regulations, as well as
other major insurance carriers.
The Insurance Department prepares both UB92 and HCFA 1500 claim forms
when filing by paper, depending on the type of billing service. In order
to allow electronic claim submission RRC contracts through Proxymed,
Inc.

eliminates the hassles and worries that so often accompany the
labor-intensive task of monitoring the payment arrangements of patients.
RRC can take over the task giving you more time to focus on your main
business. Such as providing your patients with proper health care
services or enabling, your staff members to concentrate on submitting
clean claims to primary and secondary insurance carriers.
