Basic Operations
The Administrative Operations and Client Services of RRC consists of a
select team of highly trained employees located in each of our three
offices, whose focus is to provide our clients with a level of service
unsurpassed in the collection industry. Their full-time duties of client
services consist of receiving telephone calls directly from our clients
and contacting clients on a continuing basis to insure satisfaction with
RRC's service level. These individuals are also adept at solving both
client and debtor problems, and serve as the primary client contact with
RRC and its other employees. Each individual is empowered to handle the
client's needs and solve any problems they may have on a case-by-case
basis. Regardless of the client request, the Client Service Department
provides quality assistance. Administrative Operations provides
administration and financial services for both client and in-house areas.
