Quality Service Begins
With Outstanding Personnel
At Revenue Recovery Corporation, we strive to train and maintain a collections staff that is second to none. No one puts more into employee development than we do. New collectors receive more than 40 hours of training before making their first collection call. In addition, RRC collectors are well supervised and thoroughly versed in the legal and regulatory requirements of their jobs. This preparation means employees are both successful at what they do and they remain with us with longer than industry averages.
- The average collector has been employed with RRC for 7 years (particularly impressive given a collection industry average of only eight months).
- Administration employees' average tenure is 12 years.
- Management Team members average employment is 14 years.
Having committed, long-tenured people pays off for our clients in more effective collections, better job knowledge, fewer complaints, higher problem resolution, a better reputation, and improved client retention.
Three of RRC's longest-tenured employees -
Brenda Baker (1965), Anita Graham (1978) and Bobby Brown (1975).
